How does a gift certificate work?

Ready to gift a photo session? Choose from my 3 main packages and purchase the session. You will receive a printable grift certificate. Each package comes with a certain amount of digital photos included. Whoever gets the gift certificate will have to reach out to me whenever they are ready to book. They will then get to view all of the photos from their session and choose the ones they want with the option to purchase more afterwards.

Can this be used for a mini setup?

Gift certificates are used for regular scheduled sessions only. Mini setups are all set time slots and pricing based on location and the setup I have going on. With the gift certificates being one of multiple packages, they can only be used for any type of session booked with me separately.

Is there an expiry date?

The gift certificates do have a 1 year expiry. Whoever receives the gift certificate will have a year from the time of purchase to use the gift certificate. This is due to my ever changing career. I can't foresee what direction I will be going in that far in advance and with the constant changing of my packages and pricing, I can only accommodate 1 year for the gift certificates.

How do I schedule my session?

You can email me at info@rachelpaynephotography.com when you or the person you're gifting the session to are ready to schedule the session. Regular sessions are only available for bookings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during busy season. Sunset time slots are not guaranteed depending on the timeframe you would like to book in for.
